Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi addressed the European Parliament’s “Creating Parliamentary Democratic Culture through Dialogue and Consensus Building” conference held Wednesday to mark EP’s ten years of supporting parliamentary democracy beyond the EU. He spoke about the EP-facilitated Jean Monnet Dialogue in North Macedonia’s Parliament.
