Vigenin: No need for Bulgarian parliament to adopt new declaration on North Macedonia when nothing has changed
Bulgarian President Rumen Radev is the only one who can and who needs to convene a new session of the Bulgarian Consultative Council on National Security dedicated to North Macedonia as the issue is "controversial enough" for all parties to discuss it, according to the Bulgarian Parliament Deputy Speaker Kristian Vigenin.
