Trade unions in favor of minimum wage increase as employers remain reserved

The government has announced a minimum wage increase early next year. Trade unions believe that this increase is necessary, but other salaries should be increased subsequently. They demand that minimum wage should be at least 60% of the average salary. Employers, on the other hand, think that every artificially uncoordinated increase, such as the announcement one, will only disrupt the balance in society and the economy, and they’re divided in their judgment of how much the business sector can sustain the minimum wage increase.
