Në Podgoricë sot do të mbahet seanca e katërt e jashtëzakonshme e Kuvendit të Malit të Zi, në të cilën deputetët me propozim të opozitës do të vendosin për ndërrimin  e kryetarit të Kuvendit, Aleksa Beçiq.
