Në Evropën e shekullit të 21-të, po rivendosen ushtritë, po vendosen tela me gjemba në kufij dhe po ndërtohen mure për të parandaluar hyrjen e emigrantëve. Nuk respektohen as ligjet kombëtare dhe as ligjet e Bashkimit Evropian, si dhe e drejta ndërkombëtare dhe Konventat e nënshkruara për ofrimin e ndihmës dhe përkujdesjes për personat që janë larguar nga vendlindja për shkak të rrezikimit të sigurisë dhe shkeljes së të drejtave socio-ekonomike.
