Misioni i shërbimit për punë të jashtme i Bashkimit Evropian do të udhëtojë drejt Minskut për të ndihmuar në kthimin e emigrantëve të bllokuar në Bjellorusi, por nuk bëhet as fjalë për fillim të negociatave me presidentin Aleksandar Llukashenko, deklaroi mbrëmë shefi i diplomacisë evropiane, Zhozep Borel.
