Sofia supports Skopje’s EU perspective, but the rights of Bulgarians in North Macedonia must be guaranteed under the constitution, Petkov tells Kathimerini
We are supporting the European perspective of North Macedonia, as well as of Albania, Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov said in the interview with Greek newspaper Kathimerini, but added that some issues need to be resolved first, such as the observance of the rights of Bulgarians in North Macedonia with constitutional guarantees, MIA’s Athens corresponded reported on Monday.
