Osmani: Foreign Ministry appoints 21 ambassadors, over 70 pct of whom are career diplomats
Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani told a press briefing on Monday that since he took office, he has named 21 ambassadors or one third of the total number of diplomatic and consular missions that we have, 15 of whom are career diplomats.
