Osmani: EP’s draft resolution has no direct influence on Bulgaria veto
Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani said the European Parliament’s draft resolution on North Macedonia’s progress in 2021 isn’t directly connected to the veto adding it is a position of the MEPs whereas it is the Council of the EU that decides on a veto.
