Skopje – President Stevo Pendarovski met on Monday with the US Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Gabriel Escobar and exchanged views on overall bilateral relations between the Republic of North Macedonia and the USA as well as the situation of the region. Pendarovski at the meeting underlined that the two countries continuously foster productive political dialogue and expressed confidence that bilateral relations will continue to develop at an even stronger pace, his office said in a press release.
Skopje – The United States expresses strong support for quick European integration of North Macedonia and we have been working with our European partners to make sure that that happens very quickly, Gabriel Escobar, US Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, said Monday at a joint press conference in Skopje alongside Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani.
