Skopje – The Ministry of Health said Thursday 14 people were killed in yesterday’s fire in the Tetovo covid-centre.

Skopje – President Stevo Pendarovski canceled the scheduled Independence Day events due to the fire that broke out last night at the Tetovo modular hospital, wherein 14 people died, said the President’s Office.

Tetovo – The Council of the Municipality of Tetovo declared at a session on Thursday three days of mourning in the city (Sept. 9-11). Council members also paid their respects to the victims of the fire that erupted at the city’s COVID-19 center on Wednesday evening.

Sofia – Bulgarian Foreign Minister Svetlan Stoev has extended condolences over the fire in the Tetovo modular hospital, MIA reports from Sofia.

Prishtina – Kosovo Defense Minister Armend Mehaj has offered the capacities of the Kosovo Security Force for assistance in Tetovo and all those in need after the fire in the modular hospital that claimed 14 lives, MIA reports from Pristina.

Belgrade – Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic has extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims in the Tetovo hospital fire and the citizens of North Macedonia on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and on her own behalf.

Zagreb — Croatia’s Prime Minister Andrej Plenković on Thursday sent a letter of condolences to North Macedonia’s Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and to the families of the victims who lost their lives in a fire that broke out in a COVID hospital in the western city of Tetovo on Wednesday evening.
