Kovachevski: EU accession talks date not up to Government
Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Friday that he was never bound by dates regarding the EU accession negotiations because their start is not up to the Government but the settlement of the Bulgaria dispute and the decision of 27 Union member-states.
