FM Osmani meets his Ukrainian counterpart Kuleba in Berlin
The European perspectives of Skopje and Kyiv, in particular relating to the implications of the Ukraine war for security and stability on the European continent and beyond, were the focus of Saturday’s talks between Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba on the sidelines of informal meeting NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Berlin.
