FM Osmani meets counterparts at CoE meeting in Turin
Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani met Friday with counterparts Ilia Darchiashvili of Georgia, Jeyhun Bayramov of Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan of Armenia and Nicu Popescu of Moldova, and Ukraine’s First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emine Dzhaparova, at the sidelines of the 132nd session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CoE) in Turin.
