EU’s Borrell says he cannot promise a date, only will for accession talks soon
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borrell said Monday in Skopje he cannot promise a date for start of accession negotiations with North Macedonia, adding that “when there is will, there is a way.” Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski at a joint news conference urged all EU member countries to set a date as soon as possible to hold the first intergovernmental conference with North Macedonia.
