ESM to take over management of Skopje Sever heating plant, says PM
Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Wednesday heating plant “Skopje Sever” and Power Plants of North Macedonia (ESM) are set to complete the negotiations today and sign a cooperation agreement, according to which ESM will take over the plant management and provide heating to clients.
