2021 Census: Average household reduced by half a member in 20 years
The average household in the country has lost half a family member over the past 20 years, marking a reduction from 3.6 members in 2002 to 3.06 members in 2021. This is the trend in every municipality apart from Chair, Shuto Orizari and Chashka, which have marked a growth, and Saraj, Gradsko and Pehchevo, where there is stagnation.
